Common questions
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Account → Manage subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- How do I delete my account?
- Go to Account → Delete account. This is immediate, permanent, and also cancels any active subscription.
- I hit my daily run limit but I'm on Premium.
- That shouldn't happen during normal play — Premium includes unlimited runs. Email us with your account email and which mode, and we'll sort it quickly.
